When I was at my worst (2021), I spent 100s of hours doing bullsh*t solutions that only succeeded in demotivating me,
“I’m just not someone who is ever going to look good at the beach”.
F*ck that! There needed to be a solution that was accessible, evidence-based and proven to work!
